On-site Factory Lean Assessment will take maximum of 1 day. This assessment will highlight the Lean Manufacturing opportunities, concerns and level to establish improvement in quality and efficiency depending on the size of the factory or number of employees.
5 sessions of Project Checkpoint meeting will be set through DMAIC phases where regular update to both Project Champion and Sponsor and highlight and address any issues encountered
